Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If an item is "no longer wanted" or ordered in error there will be a 10% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
All orders for “in-stock” products placed by 3 PM PST (US Pasific Standard Time) on any business day are normally shipped within 1-5 business days upon payment approval. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST are considered received on the following business day. We do not ship items on weekends or regular bank holidays. If there are any anticipated delays in shipping your order, you may be contacted by our Customer Service representative via e-mail or by phone, with options of accepting the order at an estimated date or canceling for a refund of the item backordered.

“Free Ground Shipping” products may take 7 -10 business days to be delivered and may not have a tracking number available.
